Information we collect
BOTH TRUE may collect the email address used for a purchase, order details, payment status, support messages, and access information needed to operate the site securely. We also collect anonymous page-view and download data, such as the page visited, referral domain or campaign source supplied in a UTM link, country code, and a temporary random browsing-session identifier. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics records. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, handle refunds, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Information required to process payments is shared with Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. Cloudflare provides site delivery and storage infrastructure. We do not sell personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to support transactions, prevent fraud, understand site usage, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. The anonymous analytics identifier lasts only for the current browser tab session. We use reasonable safeguards including access controls and encrypted connections.
Access, correction, and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us with enough information to verify your identity. Information that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.
